SW 249 Interviewing Skills Interviewing Skills is a supplement to the first social work practice course. In a 2 hour ‘practice lab’ setting, students will learn, explore and practice the three essential components of establishing a helping relationship with clients: 1) listening and exploration; 2) clarification; and 3) helping clients take action. Prerequisite: SW 101 ; for social work majors and minors. 2 hrs
