Bachelor of Science in Computer Science


 

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science provides a scientific foundation for learning, discovery, and innovation in computer programming and technology. These opportunities support an understanding of the principles and theories of the computing sciences to equip graduates for leadership roles in their careers or as they enter graduate school. Grounded in a liberal arts foundation, the Computer Science major is designed to build ethical, service-oriented professionals with a broad understanding of computing. The Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics will seek ABET certification for the BS in Computer Science degree.

Natural Sciences Lecture and Lab


Must choose ES 103 for either the 3-hour Natural Sciences lecture requirement or with ES 104 lab to satisfy the 4-hour Natural Sciences lecture and lab requirement. If using ES 103 for the 3-hour Natural Sciences lecture requirement, choose one of the following related lecture and lab courses.
