Associate of Arts in General Studies

The Associate Degree for General Studies is a two-year program that encourages students to become lifelong learners as they develop skills in Biblical ethics, written and oral communication, critical thinking, and problem solving. High School students may apply coursework toward requirements for High School graduation while earning college credit. The degree may serve as a terminal degree for those students pursuing vocational goals requiring only general college work, or it can lay the groundwork for continued studies in a baccalaureate degree program.

Admission requirements:

Students completing the program for dual enrollment credit must be a Senior with a 2.75 GPA or a Sophomore or Junior with a 3.0 GPA, and all must have a composite ACT score of at least 19. (To take English 101, the student must earn an English ACT score of at least 18, and for Math 111, they must earn a Math ACT score of at least 19.)
