SW 645 - Independent Research in Social Work

The course provides students the oppportunity to acquire first-hand experience in research methods under faculty supervision. This course emphasizes research at a more in-depth level through critical evaluation/analysis of theoretical and empirical writing related to a specialized area of social work. Students will have the oppportunity to complete a research project or portfolio. 3 hrs
