MG 646  - Compensation and Benefits


This course examines the total compensation systems in private and public organizations including both wages and employee benefits. Coverage also includes the relationship between employee performance and rewards, as well as employee incentive programs. Prerequisites: MG 641 . 3 hrs

Note: This course is a requirement for the Human Resource Management certificate and an elective for the Human Resource Management track for the MBA program.
