FN 610 - Managerial Finance The objective of the course is to provide the student with financial analytical tools required to make value-creating decisions. The student is provided with theoretical foundations and practical applications in financial decision making. Topics covered in the course include analysis of financial ratios, assessment of financial health, the time value of money, risk-return trade off, valuation of financial and real assets, investment, and financial budgeting analysis. Prerequisites: Admission to a graduate program at Lousiana Christian University, and BA 500 or EC 341 Managerial Finance. 3 hrs
