MG 610 - Managing People and Organizations This course examines the concepts and theories from the behavioral sciences which attempt to explain human behavior within organizations and how to manage those behaviors productively. The major focus is on individual behavior and group dynamics with special emphasis on techniques and methods to improve individual functioning and interpersonal processes. A special module on character-based leadership ethics is included. Prerequisites: Admission to a graduate program at Louisiana Christian University. 3 hrs
