NU 460 Leadership and Management of Nursing Care

This course provides the student an opportunity to study basic theories of leadership, management, and change related to nursing practice. Political, socioeconomic, and professional issues in the workplace are examined. This course focuses on the synthesis of previous knowledge and places emphasis on student responsibility, accountablitiy, and professionalism. 2 hrs
