ED 591 - Assessment and Evaluation of Students with Disabilities This course is designed for teachers to learn how to select, adapt, and use instructional interventions and behavioral strategies with students in a variety of settings. Students are required to apply knowledge and skills in a 45-hour field-based experience. Theoretical approaches, screening/identification, educational placement considerations, and assessment and evaluation issues will be addressed. Prerequisites: Certified teacher with at minimum level 1 license. 3 hrs
