ED 730 - Professional Ethics and School Law

This course will primarily utilize “traditional” approaches of instructional delivery. The course is designed to introduce legal principles and interpretations of constitutional and statutory laws. Judicial decisions and precipitating school policies are discussed. The course will help the school leader examine their personal, ethical and moral base from which they will lead. 3 hrs
