This course will focus on a survey and analysis of current theories of motivation and basic and applied issues related to achievement factors. Christian principles/methods of servant leadership will be studied and applied. The relationship between motivation and classroom management as exemplified by the servant leader will be covered with evidences provided. 3 hrs
