MG 481 Topics in Project Management, Management, and Marketing

Examination of advanced theory, strategy and practice with emphasis on such topics as risk management, project contracting and negotiation, quality management, supply chain management, change management, communication, time management, teamwork, stakeholder analysis and management, matrix organizations, e-commerce, modern retailing models, project life cycle, project scope management, budgeting, and cost management, management theories, and global projects. Prerequisite: MG 352 , MG 334 , and MG 350 . 3 hrs
