NU 499 NYCLEX Review

The course employs a series of problem-based learning workshops designed to help students refine critical thinking skills in preparation for end of semester benchmark assessments and licensure examinations. Content themes draw from nursing foundational courses and practicum work, and students are expected to have a thorough understanding of key content prior to engaging in these student-led assignments. Senior level students who have been identified as high risk or who are unsuccessful in the first senior year comprehensive exam (HESI) are strongly recommended to purchase an approved NCLEX review course. Prerequisite: Completion of level four courses, including NU 425 , NU 402 , NU 416 , NU 408 , NU 400 . Corequisite: NU 424 , NU 440  and NU 450 . Also completion of NU 421  as determined by course route. 3 hrs
