LS 300 Foundations for Library and Information Services

This course includes discussions on the historical, philosophical, and ethical foundations of library and information services and the role of the librarian in providing library and information services. Credit hours for this course apply toward the Library Services minor, but do not apply toward add-on certification for school librarian. Prerequisite: EN 102  or EN 105  or being taken concurrently. 3 hrs
